Grappa Riserva

Grappa Riserva is obtained from the distillation of fresh grapes skins from the vinification of Chianti Classico wine, and aged for two years in Nevers wood kegs. It is obtained by intermittent steam distillation. Still wash is drawn off within 48 hours from the racking. Amber-yellow, intense and brilliant colour. Rich and noble, fresh scent. Vanilla and violet hints. Full, nervous taste, harmonic development, sweet not sweet, delicate and fine, extraordinary elegance and sensual harmony.
